Brad Hobbs is the visionary founder of Novum Partners, a firm dedicated to empowering faith-driven organizations to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. With over two decades of experience in organizational leadership, Brad has worked with churches, nonprofits, and businesses globally, guiding them through strategic change management and operational transformation. His roles have included global non-profit leadership, corporate boards, local churches, and networks. He has successfully launched over a dozen startups, and has a heart to innovative solutions scale.

Brad holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership - Change Management, equipping him with the academic foundation and practical insights to lead complex organizations toward thriving futures. His expertise spans financial management, HR solutions, strategic consulting, and executive coaching, making Novum Partners a trusted partner for organizations seeking to align their mission with operational efficiency.
